The most common type of massage is Swedish massage therapy. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing. And it may even help after an injury.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Massage Therapist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
Foot massage improves circulation, reduces tension and often eases pain .Traditionally, foot massage are performed using the hands ,sometimes include the use of sticks or rollers to more effectively stimulate the reflex areas in thefoot.
